that's not the JuicyCouture bag i'm coveting though, the one i want is so much nicer. by the way the true religion godiva jeans are quite a steal at this little shop i discovered tucked in a little corner somewhere (i am being deliberately vague haha!). the gucci shades!!!!! i spent quite a while googling around looking for the exact pair i am DYING to get to no avail! i did find some nice ones (posted above), but nothing compared to the pair i am DYING TO GET.
so we lost to NYP during the ivp semi-finals today. no not New York Post, but NanYang Poly. jo, our good-for-nothing, late-for-matchntrainings coach sat in a chair throughout most of the match, drinking coffee out of a plasticbag. never mind that he did nothing to organise setplays and calm the team during crucial moments, never mind that he was, again, late for our match, never mind all that, but i think he crossed the line forever when he did not even bother to do a match de-brief after we lost! not that we are blaming the lost match entirely on him, but i felt it was a match we could have won had our coach even bothered to do his job, that is to COACH the team, instead of giving us useless comments like " 1 more quarter to half-time, let's close the score gap"
during rehearsals last night, one of the main actors blew up again at the entire cast, director included. he berated us for the lack of stage discipline, for not memorising lines, for not putting enough effort into analysing the psychologies of the characters we were playing. although he made several good points, it was rather unfair the way he blew up at the rest of us; he confessed to being neckered and cranky himself. i dont know about stage discipline, and i dont know how fast before we should have memorised all our lines, i am after a firsttime actress myself. one thing i do know however, is that when working in groups, it is common courtesy to leave your bad moods and mood swings out of your work with the team. besides it being rude to impose your crankiness on others, especially if the team is as stressed out enough as we are, it also doesnt do wonders for a already low morale after a lousy piecing last saturday.
but all's well ends well. i got to get some rest.
goodmorning. leave you with something that's been flashing in my mind for a while now.
just the other day i made
up my mind i'd leave you behind
shrouded in a memoirs-infested glade
just the other day i find
a million other little things to keep me occupied
and convince a troubled mind otherwise
of all the miseries Fate's tied
to a few months of lovely childlike paradise
just the other day i told
myself i would and i could dance
to your tune pay you back twiceover tensfold
just the other day i had a chance
incomplete; i'm wondering how this will end \:
